Yeah, the flashbacks scenes showing smol Hana and her grandma are very similar to the movie, including the lines said and even the baby Higero clothes:

Though the timeline doesn't match between movie and manga. In the movie, Hana and her grandma tell Miyako about their hairpins, but Hana still hasn't received the one from Miyako (which happens in chapter 60). If the movie had also happened in the manga timeline then Miyako would already know all of the stuff Hana said in this chapter.

thankfully I've watch the movie so I know what Hana saying there. that is exclusive on the movie, nothing like that existed in the manga. yeah, I also hope that Hana and Miyako will keep together until they grown old. hopefully as a loving couple 💕
