I like to think that she believes she had been in a relationship with Noa since they had that first shopping/movie date, and didn't think she needed to say anything to confirm it. Like here Noa was like "I love you" and she was like "Yeah, me too" and maybe 3 years from now Noa is gonna be like "I really love you, we should start dating" and Hinata would be like "Haven't we been dating for the past 5 years?"
