It was the plan in the previous chapter no?. She would end her relationship by letting him hate her and dump her. So the adult her can come and manipulate the boy after the breakup.

But I guess she went overboard and is already far too deep into liking her role as the high school girlfriend, to the point she's sick of her adult self and doesn't want to go back as an adult ever again.

And that's the whole point or message of the manga, addiction. She said she want to stop and breakup with him. But she always have an excuse to met him. Until they have sex and everything falls apart. She don't have any reasons to go back to her adult self and just indulge the new life she have with him.
