Just read it today.
Overall, it's good.

Pretty cut and dry in term of the story.
No prolonged over-dramatization.

It's pretty incredible how good of a person the big brother is. Usually in manga when all the attention is given to one child, the sibling becomes some stereotypical resentful villain, but he only worries about his sister and sees the burden that became and how it wound up hurting her. Meanwhile, the mother is the stereotypical villain who denies anything is wrong. Not that it's unrealistic, I've actually seen it happen before and that makes seeing it here even more tragic. This series is doing a good job at depicting how important support systems are to people with mental illness, and how that can absolutely make or break success. Thank you for the chapter!
