This rates an 7.5/10, rounded up.
The author is clever enough to add some novel twists to the story, put in some "if x and y then logically z", that makes it stand out as decidedly above average. Like, the MC actually looks back at their life and goes "That sucked. I guess being a genderbent elf in fantasyland is preferable", which is an unheard-of level of introspection for an isekai MC other than Rudeus.
Still, this is like the third time I read this manga, and even so I had problems remembering what it was about, because it all kinda blends together with the rest of the genre. It's the same stuff, just better executed than usual.
For the full 8, it needs to be memorable. Wow me with sparkling personality and wit, author. I believe in you!
