As for the feminine thing I think it's more the MC coming to terms with herself rather than becoming more feminine as the title days she's always be an old man on the inside but he's accepted that he's a female dark elf now and decided to live on in this fantasy world(which will probably be for a very long time seeing as she's a pretty young elf right now also I can just imagine in the future her running an orphanage

That's honestly how I know I found something worth checking out even if it's not in my usual tastes- if Seinvolf has commented, then it must be something interesting, at the bare minimum. Few other people who I recognize like that, too.

I think he was formed in the Goddess of the Moon's image directly for some reason that we haven't been made aware of yet, possibly to bridge the realms of "Destroyer" and "Human". That said, apparently the Dark Elves fight off the Destroyers as a bulwark for the Humans, so...?

It is a parent and child relationship so far.

I haven't seen anything that could lead to romance from Haruka, as it is likely going in the direction of another character. Yuri likes her, but I can't say it is in a romantic sense. I can't see Yuri ever being in a position to ask Haruka for such a relation.

Depends on how you want to classify it. Haruka gets along well with Montana. He pats her with his tail, and she pats it back sort of thing. At this point of the translated web novel, nothing overt has happened yet between them, but they do enjoy each other's company. Albert was recently claimed vocally in the most unromantic way I've ever seen, so the author isn't dead on the topic, just slow to get to it.
