Perhaps elf biology works differently and things that they'd be uncomfortable with in a human body are out of the picture, leaving them with only social aspects that could cause discomfort.Art page is cool, I like that mask alot.
Haruka being so overprotective is valid but wholesome. I wonder if Noct could cast some kind of shawl over the crib so Yuri can't be so easily seen given that he is being hunted right now??
Also the genderbent reincarnation is interesting, I would have to go back and read but Haruka only ever refers to herself as an old man in relation to moments where they are surprised, otherwise they seem kinda fine and resigned with being a woman. Idk
I pray they have a safe journey
Thanks for the tl
just remembered that haruka still hasn't revealed to the party that he's a reincarnated.....i wonder when and how they're going to find out
From the WN (not spoilers), Haruka refers to herself as a man whenever something comes up that brings her attention to the discrepancy between her old and new bodies, because despite her body, her perspective experience is that of a man. For example, every time she creates hot water for Colin to bathe in (background event that rarely gets brought up), Haruka leaves the room despite Colin wanting the company to talk and gossip and help her wash her back.Art page is cool, I like that mask alot.

Elf dimorphism is usually quite minimal, and the long-lived lack the evolutionary pressure for highly active reproductive systems.
So, Haruka's body like doesn't do a menstrual cycle like humans; it might be a longer, where things happen slower and without extrema.
I believe they might still be figuring things out regarding they's desired place in society, and gender issues are too mixed up with everything else that's new, so only now might things get addressed. Parental roles involve gender more than magic does. And another in the same situation with being things up more.
Let's f gooo, it's canon now haru mama
