Though I want to be wrong, I'm guessing while the other girls are after him, she is after them and is using him to get closer to them. Maybe I'm way off base, but it feels like it's progressing a but too quickly for typical harem squabbling.

I feel like the title will probably be about Sano, and she just wants friends or something but the other love interests will think she’s into MC. She’s trying to engineer social situations to make friends bc she’s socially awkward and isolated, it would track with her other actions if viewed as platonic , though she could just be into MC and is going to be an agressive love interest.

To be fair, I don't think it's true because that's one way of burning your manga down. A yuri manga from the start is fine but introducing a male main character, only to start a battle where the female character is trying to steal his lovers would definitely fire back badly on the author.

Also, the title 'So you weren't into me?' is actually from the Female Leads' perspective, not the MMC, so you cannot say, for sure, whether Sano likes him or not as of now.

Either she's just having fun while watching the harem or she's going to stake her claim on him in front of everyone.
