OK, so the dude and main 3 girls being walking mental overthinking stuff disasters still tracks. But what I thought in previous chapter - that the 4th/new girl is the most normal of them all, with just a hinted manipulator/mastermind persona in chapter 1 being just a ploy - like a lot of mangas/stuff do - they point something up to not use it ever - seems to have been a mistake on my part.
After this chapter she does actually seem to be a manipulator. Dude tells he is unable to tell her no, and she seems to be orchestrating a full on battle with all the love interests. Now is she a lesbo, a manipulative mastermind trying to fuck up all the rivals in one swoop, or like someone said in this comments just a lonely weirdo trying to manipulate the situation to find friends, and potentially not having a clue that the 3 girls are actually in love with the MC and thus creating even more misunderstandings?
Compared to Chanto similar manga this one seems far less nice. I would say its kinda weird, tries to be different from Chanto so much it reached the "kinda lame" levels. At least all the characters are less interesting with their landmines overthinking metal minds.
Will wait till that study session disaster comes and/or when whats the deal with Sano will be explained, to judge if I wanna waste my time on reading this any further.
