It's a little insensitive to say it this way and this probably wouldn't actually happen but If I considered myself "suicidal" and an ocean monster came to me and said "Yeah I want to eat you and I WILL eat you but not right now"
I'd either:

1- Escape the sea, move to a landlocked place far away from the ocean, fuck them fishes lmao (most realistic one, but kinda hard to move out since she doesnt have parents)
2- Kill myself just to spite the monster, fuck off with all of that "im eating you later lmao" bullshit
