These girls are uh, well past "ambiguously gay", I think it'll be fine no matter how it goes.

We've gotten a potentially new recurring character and villain at the end of this arc.

However, the entire episode felt like a filler comprising of things we've already knew about Miko and looking for a spot to fit a new character in. Can't say I was a big fan of it.

Well that seems like a complicated question because while we know they're girlfriends there is still the whole suicidal survivor's guilt that will probably get in the way of Hinako labelling their relationship and Shiori is still literally learning 'how to human' so she'll be no help too!
