I just don't understand how Satsuki and Kaho suddenly started wearing bunny girl outfits. Did I miss something?

I was confused too. I've just made up my mind that Takeshima Eku (who has drawn a yuri ab a girl in the same bunny outfit as those two) said to Teren Mikami,

"Mikami-san! I think we should have these two girls in bunny outfits from this panel onwards with no explanation just for the hell of it! It would be so fun for Rena-chan!"

And then Teren Mikami said,
