So instead of working on this manga, the mangaka moonlighted on the novel illustration for bad end mokuzen and is releasing a oneshot in an anthology.

Unrelated to the manga but related to my group:
Way, way back, for you guys here who reads it, when the mangaka for 'Timid lady was turned into a cat' submitted the last chapter of timid lady, she had already announced her new project.

The story itself is meh, but maybe ootori can work her magic and make it fun.

The story is about an overworked workaholic civil servant/ small time noble lady, who was desperate to find a husband after receiving a letter from back home. Went to a party, then got drunk, and proposed a marriage of convenience to a guy she stumbled upon in the gardens who became her drinking buddy there and he accepted. Next day it turns out she had proposed to the country's hero and second son of a duke I think.
