Nah he didn't actually say kun fayakun....... wtf is this shit
it is what it says, i went and checked the original text and it literally says “if i say it then it will become that” and kunfayakun كُن فَيَكُونُ is arabic which means “be and it is” which is the same meaning and are both used in the same context. however, he should‘ve just translated straight to english. i knew when i saw the line what it meant cause i’m a muslim and have some knowledge in arabic and it’s a phrase in the quran that is often quoted; however most people don’t have that intuitive understanding. i don’t understand why so many translators do these roundabout translations when the literal translation works just fine. please translator just translate as best as you can without adding your own biases into the mix. Japanese is not easy and often can’t be litearly but in this case you could.

I am Muslim too so I also knew what it means, I was just caught off guard by seeing that there. Regardless, I agree with you on that, it gets jarring honestly.

You could always translate it yourself, support the official release, or stop reading.

Isn't that the same reason why that little shit Mitsuri joined the Demon Slayer corps?
Also, I'm dying from cringe
