The drug on page 25 is a reference to a real life drug called Panshiron. It's a combination of anti-reflux, electrolytes, magnesium, and traditional Chinese medicine bullshit. Very typical of Japanese over-the-counter medicine. Just a bunch of random shit mixed together instead of just giving you the specific thing you want.

Poor girl, all that pressure and anxiety burst out, I get that pain tho. The anxiousness that everyone else knows what they want to do with their lives while you don't know can sucks, I just finish college and struggling to find a job in my major, and the more I keep search, the more I feel stress about it and doubting where I want to go in life. It sucks, but I'm still trying to forgive myself and not be too hard on myself. People live for close to 100 years, we don't have to be doing the exact same thing for all of it.

The difference between Japan and most other developed nations is that compulsory education ends with middle school. A fair number of those graduating students either enter some sort of technical/mentoring program designed to help them enter the workforce early or simply start working a part-time right away. It's not as big a scandal as you might think.

While there are a very small number people with genetically weak stomach linings, stomach ulcers are not caused by stress but caused by external factors: Most commonly, bacteria infection with the second most common cause being NSAID (ibuprofen, naproxen (alleve) over-use.
Side quibble: stress will often degrade your body's ability to heal from injury. so it is possible if you have a bacterial infection in your stomach lining that being stressed may result in your immune system being degraded and allowing it to develop into an ulcer, but that is not the primary cause
They wouldn't usually be felt until stomach acidity rose - which it might do in response to steess.
Treatment for ulcers is antibiotics to kill the bacteria and acid suppressors until the ulcer heals. Once healed, there is no need to continue to the acid suppressors.
Of course the question is if the author knows this...
tl;dr: Your body would be very poorly adapted indeed if it wasn't able to avoid being dissolved by its own digestive fluids and cope with the pH of bile normally. I'm calling appendix.
