Yeah, see, i figured it’d be something like this. By not giving them names, they have no identity to solidify themselves around, but that also means that they have no choice but to be what they were, which is part of a big evil sprit. I’m not sure how you’d go about guiding growth, but throwing a bunch of children at them and saying “this is the minor deity that protects this area” seems like it might work. Give them a positive influence and something to care for. Especially in this world where it seems like their manifestation is an inevitability rather than just superstition.
