Idk if I can keep going with this series tbh. I could ignore some timeskip bullshit, some pretend softness to keep up his disguise even if it was kinda infuriating, but this dude was literally beating the shit out of everyone and turning them into mindless slaves, which is a fate worse than death, but somehow killing him to keep him from doing it anymore is going too far. What? That one bitch was playing both sides and somehow had the gall to act like she had any say in the matter or had any right to get angry when Souta tried taking the genuine supervillain tier character out of the equation, and then he just backed down? Oh no, now he's going to be a plot-mandated reformed good guy and actually his intentions were pure, he just wanted to enslave everyone and waste all their lives fighting a reality-warping god-entity, totally a great plan and totally heroic right? Actually just fuck off with that bullshit. It's almost incredible how much this series loves walking all over the main character and making sure he can't make any decisions on his own or do anything whatsoever if the plot demands some other character has some growth.
