I hate it when isekais have “other players” as well. It goes from being all fun to some stupid rants about story not being the same, items not appearing where it should, etc.
But at the same time it raise the stakes, if done properly it could make things interesting. Like imagine two factions facing eachother: a pro-Hero faction and a anti-Hero faction. And MC getting caught in the middle of the two,

Yeah, I also hate it when that happens. It has happened to some of my favorites too. For example, Gacha Girl Corps was good... until another dude came and kept getting in the way and stealing the MC's stuff.
I think the guy in this series is probably that one teacher who saw him in school. He kept appearing afterall. I hope there aren't though... since having others just make the series turn to shit.
