Can't really say how this will turn out but for my guess the old protagonist probably will show up at the end of this story and reveal that he's responsible for the time loop or something like that and the next chapter will obviously involve him being kidnapped by her sister or something of that degree can't really say at what point in the story he'll reveal that it's a webtoon though I wonder if they get their own memories back or if they're completely separate people
