I understand why it was done, it was more to communicate the possible cause of death to him rather than inform him that she was the one dying.

It still doesn't really work though, and there must have been a more elegant solution, because all the previous loops have happened the instant he or any other heroine died, but for some reason this one waited long enough for him to hear news about it. Feels very strange.

While this is still interesting, I am a bit disappointed that more hasn't been done with the "Jung Ah knows his secret" bit. I figured it would have been the focus, but so far it's been almost ignorable.

That's due to being on her part. She's intentionally keeping her knowledge about his secret secret from him.

Narratively speaking, the news report was entirely unnecessary. Given that this arc is centred on Kwon Miya, the new 'heroine', it was fairly obvious from the get-go that the loop involved her in some way. Kang Lim would have easily figured this out on his own after looping despite securing the safety of the other heroines.

you're just saying that. to me the panel where he went to sleep showed the roof kind of falling down onto him. So at first it's not quite obvious. Of course you would get a sense of sure she would be involved in some way, but context is important. The moment he went to sleep he started looping from the morning of 24th back to the 5th of july. So what i'm saying is. It wasn't so obvious as you say.

I thought the Yandere little sister might have done something to cause a rift between Da hee and Kang lim, but guess not.

I reckon the changes might be happening due to Jung ah's interference. Maybe only Kang lim is allowed to change the story, and if someone else tries it, the story goes haywire.

It’s hard to believe that he could keep the exact same thing all happening in a loop that long, especially since some butterfly effect should happened. But let’s ignore that aside and think about how Jung Ah get to know his secret every time yet he never noticed, cuz it’s hard to believe he feel asleep every time, and even if he fake sleep to keep the loop the same he should have noticed when the alarm goes off and Jung Ah saw all his secrets lol. I know it’s a bit nitpicking but honestly the way Jung Ah find out in the first place is stupid as hell.

Honestly, I thought the reason for this loop is because Jung Ah found out about his secret and did the changes herself without his help. I find it weird he keeps sleeping on the bus each loop though. Made no sense there.

I guess him giving up a heroine ends the plot point and makes the loop or something.

And it breaks the rules. As the loops should happen as soon as the incidents occur. But the loop decided to throw Kang Lim a bone and wait for it to get reported before looping.

I kinda dislike this arc in general.

You cannot act 19 days the same twice.
You wouldnt remember, and you would mess up by trying too hard doing what you remember.

And how cant he not notice that obviously the arc heroine is involved in the arc?

The loop alredy has reset him when he didnt get a good relationship with Sirin and Da Hee.

Well they subtly showed how Jung ah made adjustments to the stage and scripts to prevent some of the accidents that were meant to happen.

I was thoroughly convinced that this loop was due to Jung Ah helping mc. Especially since we didn’t see that in any of the flashback montage.
