unlikely, as it is now, most ai models have already started running out of human made data and as such have started already taking ai generated stuff into their reference data.

My suggestion would be​

to cut-and-paste all manga panels​

so we read them from left
to right instead of right to left.

Mangadex should add the Enix Square AI censorship system on every manga that is not Erotica or Pornographic. There should be a big ass bar every time a character tries to show skin.
