uhh so you can't upload chapters that have been taken down but other than that it's just not recommended to upload for a series that got dmcad once (saw one people are still uploading for and nothing has been done about it for now though)
and for alternatives it's against the rules to name aggregators and such on here but you can most likely easily find the one most people are going to with one google search
