I started translating basically abandoned works or works that take a long time for the scanlantor to continue, for example I did the work in pt-br of the work Isekai de Slow Life wo (Ganbou) that had stopped at chapter 27 and had been stopped for almost 1 month, although it was in English up to 48, I continued from 28 to 48 in pt-br, what are my risks of getting banned? considering that I am not part of any scanlator and I am posting as a freelancer works that in pt-br are stopped.

In this case where it is your own translation, regardless of whether there is someone else actively translating in the same language you're still allowed to upload as you wish

(make sure to read the rules though, e.g. no "translating" an pt-br official release into pt-br, no automated chapters (i.e you need to at least typeset it yourself), oh and, while i don't think we have any in pt-br, make sure that there isn't a note in the description for the title disallowing scanlations in a particular language)
