what is the title of this youkai at school manga?

i can't remember much and also might remember it wrong so these hints may or may not be helpful TT

-i'm not sure whether it's shoujo-type or harem-type but i'm kinda leaning towards the former one
-the setting is middle school or high school
-i feel like the main characters (male and female?) are always at rooftop iirc, maybe every lunch time
-i remember this one female student character-soon-to-be-friend that is a futakuchi-onna (two-mouthed woman) who has a ponytail(?) with scrunchie or something to hold her hair up and hide the second mouth. i remember the time she lost her head item and she gets embarrassed bcs of her mouth at back of head (she can't reach to brush teeth so it kinda stinks iirc)
