It’s refreshing to see the MC hasn’t fully acclimated to her new life yet, and I like the way she handles herself. But I don’t like how that snake is able to roam free. She should have ordered a stricter guard, no one is really concerned about him in the palace.

Anyways, I’d be shook for while. But given the context of the conversation and the blatant disrespect he got what he deserved. It could have been worse for that old. It did get worst, but y’all know what I mean. Anyways, it’s looks like there’s going to be some trouble since the guy from the Mun family was killed on palace grounds. Sounds like he comes from an important family.

And as for the Snake (I don’t remember his name) I wondered if he has any ties to the throne or was he nobility/soldier.

MC is starting to annoy me. I can understand being shook, but assuming he would harm you? Why?
He has literally shown zero signs of wanting to hurt you, and he cut that guy only after speaking impolitely to him and dishonoring the dead.
This story isn't great, but this part is just straight up illogical.

When the emperor is usually an asshole the entire time I understand the reaction. But with this situation he wouldn't get angry without a reason. Killing a trespasser make sense... I feel like all of his actions have been just
