What was that manga with the highschooler who was absolutely shredded

Like, he had the head of a shota pretty boy with the body of a Belgian blue cow. Like massive, an absolute unit. But this thicc boy was too self conscious about it. He caused destruction in his wake. This one chick was into him, but despite its normal size his skull was about as dense as his pecs.
