Oh come on. I dislike AI slop, but a lot of "scanlators" and "translators" are only in it for money. Especially the ones who "translate" popular titles.

Sure, but those people are looked down on for a reason.
People that paywall chapters getting sniped gets celebrated. Depending on the scanlation you can find their paywalled content on certain places for free too.

Nothing wrong with that. Manga artists can use AI to write a story while they handle the art in the same way writers can use AI to produce manga art while they work out the plot.

If it works, it works. If the result's good, it's good.
