Well, she did seem a little too fast with putting out/experienced even if she loved him after all this time. She's also concerned with hiding her face (even if she can't hide her huge... assets) so she could've done some adult stuff for money and/or coping reasons.

But all of that are huge maybes. 🤔
Which is why I wish the story was more clear about it, but then again the author usually does wholesome stories with sad beginnings with light/none of the drama.

That was just a bait. Even in the fanbox, she fuck with the MC only.
She couldn't fit in the college, so she tried do change the appearance, but didn't worked, so she close in her apartment, until now. End of story.
The only mine doubt is why she continue to maintain this appearance, maybe she like this but if she became an hikikomori she wouldn't care about it, at least not to maintain regularly...
