Not sure if that is the mangaka or the translator simply leaving out the spicy scenes.
This is actually a story containing lots of H-scenes but those scenes are seemingly cut out here and hence creating a "light version" for mangadex.

I’m aware of the exclusive fanbox content, but there’s still an opportunity to show her full reaction as she tries to process the proposal and muster the courage to say “yes” before abruptly cutting away to the next morning. Don’t get me wrong, it’s been a nice series of her finding her footing again thanks to her childhood friend after becoming a traumatized shut-in, but I still wish the author didn’t rush past key moments in the story.

Maybe it’s just me, but I really wish the author didn’t cut so quickly and let the two savor the moment. The pacing at times keeps jumping around when their relationship takes another big step forward.
