@Serenata I know right? That's two volumes in a row a major plot point was revealed in the extras; first with Aki liking Yori, now with Momoka dating their first singer. I get they want to sell copies of the volume but it seems like it would be really confusing for people who just read it every month in Yuri Hime.

Extra are suposs to be silly bit of story, not dropping big informations like this. It's almost like the author didn't have time to put them in the regular chapter so it put in the extra.

I don't consider this major plot, it's just a little look into the life of a side character and a character that may never be seen again.

Whereas the last one yes, was a major story point as it directly related to the main couple and a main side character.

Though if for some reason the old singer does randomly become a major plot device then yes... this is dumb.

I think of these moments more like teasers for the paying customer. Like those secondary Kamen Riders that first appear in the movies before they make their TV debut. There's nothing you particularly miss out on plot-wise if you just follow the magazine, but the tanks give you stuff to look forward to.
