Basically Shiho keeping Hima and Yori apart to be petty to Yori doesn't make sense. Sure it annoys Yori but what's the plan here? I mean it of course didn't cause them to break up or put their relationship in real danger in the story but it easily could have, especially when she does stuff like petting Hima's head in front of Yori later just to stir up shit.

A better bet would've been that Yori has to quit singing. Actual stakes and conflict between the bands. Angst from Yori because Hima fell in love with her because of her singing. Petty satisfaction for Shiho because Aki also loves Yori's singing.
