Athy will be more mature because she has lived a previous life, but to Jeannette, a lot of things that are going on, she has no understanding. I forgot how old she is but she probably isn't older than like 15. I just hope his majesty will be cured and they can all be a happy family.

As much as Jeannette is frustrating, I understand her. She’s been propped up to be a pawn this whole time and all she wants is a place to belong. I really hope that she grows up and finds her own path. It’d be great if this manhwa had a plot twist that avoided the whole rivalry bit because with a story this great I feel like it detracts from the whole.

As for Athy and Claude, please be happy soon 😭😭😭 my heart aches for them

From Claude loving Athy's mom and losing her, Athy wanting to be close to her dad but not being able to, all the fucking way to Jeanette's asshole dad being the only one to be nice to her but literally just using her i-... pls stop the torture omfg. I feel so sad for Jeanette now. She's an innocent child that's been conceived for a power struggle. Of course, her naivety is sometimes annoying but people kept using her especially Anasticius.
I really enjoyed Season 2 because it gave a lot of background story of what's happening between Athy and Claude plus the other characters.

I feel so bad for Jeanette because she literally was birthed just to be used by her og father. If her mother lived, she'd probably do the same as well

I can't dislike or hate her for her thought process since they really kept her inside a cage where the only person she could rely are very limited - not to mention they all just want to use her for their own gains and continue to deceive her by telling her that it is for her own good.

On the other hand, I truly hope the manga goes for LucasxAthy ship!

@Flowerthinking no??? You might want to consider re-reading a bit. Athy lost control because Anastasius cursed the hair clip Jetty gave her (no she didnt know). And literally within the last few chapters it was explained by lucas that Claude cursed himself??? Hes dying and never loved athy in og line because of his choices.

i was gonna say that i can't be angry at jeanette like everyone else but fuck that, what bugs me isn't that she's too naive or innocent, but that she can't put herself in the shoes of anyone else, unlike athy she views the world only from her point of view and can't seam to relate to anyone other than herself.

For example, athy was almost killed had to run away and was lost and desolate and everything jeanette could think about was how she was glad to be spending time with the emperor and how envious she was of athy and she even fucking felt sad when she didn't have that special little secret with her, she always seam to put her wishes and feelings first and everything else no matter how bad in seccond.

i perfecty understand why jeanette acts like this but for me it doesn't make it less shitty

Well, just like everyone, i can't fall in love with Jeanette nor can i hate her.. it just, i feel sorry for her. And somehow, i feel like she's also suffering just like Athy, look, in Athy dreams, she found Claude dead body when he was looking for her (i remember there was this scene when Claude calling Jeanette). And there was Anastacius standing near them. Can we just imagine how much guilt would Jeanette have in the rest of her life when she found out that she was the biggest factor why Claude dead (count Athy too)... well, it must be so damn hurt for her too :'
