If three chapters were the whole manga adaption, it would certainly take this manga's role as mere novel marketing material to an entirely different level.
I'm starting to get an impression Anima spent long years imagining a family and what it would be like, to fill up his loneliness. He must have run plenty of simulations in his mind to be able to suddenly come up with some of those lines and how smoothly he operates with Marie. That being said, some other lines weren't quite up to par, which makes sense with his lack of social contacts. So, no matter how many years he spent dreaming of interacting with a wife and children, it would still be all inside of his head, with little connection to reality.
