However, not all languages' versions have this gap. In fact, the more common version seems to be continuous chapter numbers used in the volumes. (Which I'd prefer as well since having a chapter number- without an actual content gap is somewhat confusing.)There are no missing chapters between 93 and 119. There is a difference in chapter numbering between the volume and magazine chapters which caused the gap.

The TOC I extracted from browsing Kyobobook
doesn't really match what's currently on MD, even if going only by chapter count. Since the conflicting volume numbers are relatively new uploads I'll assume they're simply wrong but even so, fixing volume numbers would have to be done on a per language basis atm, which seems like quite the pain to me...
