The random nobles are trying so hard to turn Yuusuke into an enemy while the king is praying every night that nothing will make Yuusuke abandon the kingdom. Seems like the king should do something about those idiots. Just hoping they will learn a lesson on their own by failing doesn't seem worth the risk.
