@Le_Flemard ain't easy due to cowardice, greed and power hungry cunts imo. There would be no reason for them to lose anything if they've done nothing wrong and it isn't like anything much would happen within the rest of their lives anyways. These cunts would hate a Meritocracy though many wouldn't be given the chance to earn the right merits

After MC stopped using his power for building things like a tower or a fort. Now he just uses it off screen and/or it is assumed he used it. 75% of the manga does not even have him present anymore. MC stopped being the MC for a while now. World politics is the current MC and it is honestly dry af to read. Maybe if there was a new idea for the politics outside of "noble family's want to keep their power and supremacy over the rest of the population", it may be a bit more interesting. The problem is, it isn't. It is exactly that, and that topic is always boring to read when politics are focused. There is no real way to depict this otherwise. The noble families wont be aggressive and public with their actions, so every event is done from a 3rd person perspective. We see the outcome and a bit of the planning (sometimes) not even the planning, it is just added in after the event in a flashback).
Unless shit hits the fan or gets resolved quickly (like in the next 2 chapters), this is not going to be much better for entertainment for quite a while it seems.

2: I already took into account that it's not simple. I understand leadership, I've been in the position long enough in my life and seen its ups and downs. Better than most I can extrapolate upwards from my own experiences.

That's the first thing you establish when you gain ultimate power as an autocrat: the ability to KEEP your power, and regain it should any be lost to you. He's just sitting here while a handful of idiots whining about pedigree and power foolishly plot against the crown, their OWN protector (the MC), and thus damage the kingdom at large. The kingdom is his demesne, which means everyone and everything in it is property of the crown - yet he can't control his nobles? The ones you grant power are the ones you're supposed to have the invisible noose tightest on, so they do not abuse your trust and lust for more power.

I am honestly surprised at how short sighted these nobles seem to be. They have know that the current Four-God system is not sustainable right? They can't be that stupid that they think such a strict caste system like that will do anything but weaken a nation.

@JavelinJoe if this was weekly this pacing would be just fine but the monthly pacing doesn't suit this manga especially on the slower parts like Tsukuyote New Saga
I skip 50% of the whole text in each page. I know the author try to focus on politic but their discussion is freaking boring. In addition, we need to wait about 1 month for the next episode. Do you really think the readers can remember the previous episod ? Anyway, thanks for translation.

This King is way too soft and friendly to be an effective ruler. His apathetic approach of dealing with something that's destabilizing his own country as well as potentially harming relations with foreign entities is likely to cause a lot of misery for the people he professes to want to protect.
I'm not feeling like getting into a full post about hereditary monarchies to clarify further at the moment. These politics are a bit boring to read anyway; which doesn't help.
I'll just add that Machivelli made some exceedingly convincing points that are still widely praised and studied that illustrate why this is bad.
