The proportions are bad. Everyone’s got thick torsos like 100-year-old trees, and thin, twig-arms. A weird contrast. In addition, the poses are weak and need to be worked on as well.

Art aside, it feels like some of the panels were attempting to imitate something out of One Piece. That said, I have not read One Piece in close to a dozen years, but that’s the impression I got from it.

Thnx for the comment and thanks for your honest and thorough review i hoped you'd like it but since you didn't all i can say is that i only started this series to get better at drawing so i used this one shot to find my own style add on it ch 1 is gonna be on a whole new level like 100 levels ahead of this one shot
one more thing is that i never have read one piece before i've seen the anime but like the first 100 episode or so though why you ask?!
cause i'm saving it till the day i get better so i can learn from it

Definitely practice a lot more, specifically proportions and perspective.

Focus more on story style,art style take a while to improve might as well focus on inner side 1st.

I would suggest to write something akin to a light novel /web novel first so you can work on the story line. Then go to the art style . Or get help.(I'm sorry)

If proportions and perspective are difficult, you can always use 3D software as a guideline. I do that with my drawings.

i feel like this would be a lot more visually appealing if you banned yourself from drawing characters directly facing the reader or in side profile
