guess my thought that the systems rating is different so its .01 in the system is the same as 1 normally? which means the system rounds, so his actual qi is 1.13 but it only shows 1.1 because it rounded it

You had 1 point multiplied by 100?? This is ricidilous! That means his cheat is "Multiplied it by 100 instead showing od REAL numbers"
