Anyone else think it's a bit hard to believe there are beagles in this other world? How badly can they mess up the hero summoning to end up with beagles?
True, cause it doesn't seem like they have a system of inbreeding dogs like a royal family to get their specified traits/health conditions, especially because magic could make up the deficit. To @Curccoll, I'm not too sure both worlds would line up like that to have covalent species line up like so, because of again magic, but that might also be me thinking too hard on a piece of fiction.

Well it seems like things are going in MC's favor the dumbasses are bringing the war to him on land that isn't advantageous to them, the Nobles(?) are sending the "Hound" who is working with his grandpa after him, and he has some nice tea. Kinda hope that aide the Queen threw her kingdom away for dies in the war would be good karma

Can someone clarify why the queen would be risking civil war if she just leaves him be? Do the nobles have any grounds to demand some kind of punishment of him? I know they dislike him, but they would still need to have some kind of excuse to use as basis.

The risk is from allying herself with Mikoshiba. Leaving him alone itself is a different threat. Mikoshiba is growing his country, and no one knows what his intentions nor his allegiances are. Having him as an ally or even just taking to him clears that threat, but would draw the ire of the nobles.

Wait the Queen really just sent someone to assassinate Mikoshiba ? The dude that literally put her on the throne ? What the actual fuck ? Does she have pudding instead of a brain in her head ? What the hell, my dudes. First you gave him a territory he didn't really want just for him to be part of your kingdom, now you going to kill him cause he's a threat ? Four eyes really knows it the best, they shouldn't stop killing nobles on the empire, just a tiny few should be spared on the whole continent, the princess and the stupid queen certainly should be one of the first on the line.

Man, I more or less remember names, but their titles elude me

Who the heck is the Hound again? MC is the Demon of Hercules something; The Hawk is the kid that ran through the O'ltomea army on a horse; Elena is the White War Goddess (or White Goddess of War, smth like that); The Storm is the woman whose name vaguely resembled Xena... Xenia? idk; the Princess of Hulahula Kingdom is the Northern Female Fox (god what a shitty name, at least it's memorable); and so many more that it's hard to keep track of lol

Reading this again, I find some of the characters to be the same as the characters in Tsukimichi plotting against the MC or planning behind his back to get him to their sides.

The only saving grace that I'm seeing here in Wortenia is I like Ryoma more than dumbass of a character Makoto. Sure the pacing such a mess but it sure hell isn't insufferable like that of an MC in Makoto in Tsukimichi. Goddamn that was awful. I'm thinking even Touya of Smartphone is even much better than Makoto.

So... MC helps out, and people who wanted to win without him (but couldn't) feel poopy.
So the queen gives him shitty land, and he develops it in spite of the difficulties, thereby... making the kingdom grow stronger which makes the kingdom... feel poopy?
And then he helps out again, without any reward, and disappears, making the nobles... you guessed it; they feel poopy.

What kind of children are these nobles? People who get threatened that easily are quite common, and can even hold high position... but as soon as a real threat emerges, they tend to completely fall apart and fail in a boring and mundane fashion; people who think they are super badass and tough, but also feel threatened by every strong person, are usually the loudest voice in a small room. They don't tend to last long on the scale of a kingdom, or they are the token sacrifice.

They're the first to Find Out when the FAFO cycle begins turning.

Hope that starts soon!
