The pacing of this manga went cuckoo, man. It was an awesome chuck norris rambo escape and murder the enemies thing while picking up a magic harem. Then there is a transition to where mc decides he's got little chance of returning to Japan, so now he's going to live as an adventurer to find direction in his life. But all of a sudden he's the lead strategist in a civil war for a total stranger? And these events in the war happen one after another so haphazardly. What the heck ?

@captain_crunch you're being pursued by a totalitarian empire who would sooner or later stop at nothing to take over the world, especially since you know there's at LEAST one guy whose got some cheat abilities like you. You're not gonna be able to save yourself without significant power behind you...so either become so OP that you can take on the world yourself, or get the backing of a nation state, earn enough trust they'd fight for you, and raise their power so they can be a force in contention of this empire. He chose the smart option.

Nothing worse than an idiotic commander. He was specifically told, heck, he was begged, to not engage in the enemy. Then all of a sudden, he decides to do just that. Just s*** writing at its finest.

This whole plotline doesn't make sense. I sure as heck can't figure it out. Ever since he let himself get caught by the 1st princess and the japanese vice-captain, this story has turned to crap
