Why do characters keep acting like it is a surprise that they've figured out the MC is from another world? He has black hair, he is extremely notable for being some scary commander in a war, and is leading troops in battle near you... Of course you're going to use some information brokers to go look up his details. At least a few leaders know this, which means at least some spy networks knew this, so it means lots of people know it.

I don’t think it’s necessarily that he’s an otherworlder since plenty of people guessed it by looking at him, but where he was summoned to. Oltomea kept the summoning incident under wraps and immediately started a huge war. Maybe they’re using it as a subtle threat since Lupis is dumb enough to execute him as an Oltomean spy despite her having several in her inner circle lol.
