So Frank's plan is to rape Beth and then... what? How does this help him exactly?
This isn't a case of marital rape because they aren't married. He already has a shady past so high society wouldn't really have an issue with believing that he's a rapist. There's no goddamn way NONE of the maids saw an inkling of what actually happened
With her being pretty savagely beaten, itd be hard for anyone to ignore or write off what happened, granted the police are paid off so i guess there won't be much recourse legally unless she escalates the matter higher, to someone not bought off.
Was it just to impregnate her, so there would be an heir right after they were married, so all of her inheritance would go to the child and by proxy its father, frank? This plan still takes like 9 months, If she's pregnant which is not guaranteed, and at any point before the marriage if she runs away or kills herself... then what?
Also if they were just going for it at this point, Why the hell is rose still alive? The first time Frank got caught he was ready to kill her, so why did they let her live knowing full well she might become an issue in the future?
