I need a tldr and I have read every chapter, but to sum it up, but as for MC, the vampire side became more and more prevalent over time until it took completely over and the knight vanished. In the latest arc she get somehow isakeid into an alternate world whose purpose is to kill each other and gain levels. the more levels you gain the more divinity you get but the more you lose yourself. the horns come from there. the last few chapters have been about her going trough trials to regain herself

As for who the other woman is I don't know. ever since chapter 200ish most chapters have been very confusing and the typical comment for each one is: "I have no clue what is going on" so idk. apparently she is related to some other guy who i think i saw but i don't remember that guy ever doing anything. like he was just there in the background. But her I have never seen before.

Anyways, to sum things up the story is a confusing mess and I have no clue what the creator is smoking.

I have a question, does the story make more sense in the WN?

Kinda with the amount of texts and things being told at once plus scenes or events were done different compare to the manhua but they all lead to the same outcome or end conclusion, though the only thing that can make it confusion is the fact The WN translation is far behind so I had to find the raw and use google translation for it, I can tell you one
Thng though I haven’t read this arc at all I wanted to a blind experience, I only know how the Story ends or what happens
During Bai Ji reveal to Ji Yue up to Kerr/Lilith killing Bai Jin and Queen Lilias Death
Though This is only my opinion so it could differ if your planning to drive deep into the novels for more lore
P.S. The Amount of times I had to reread the Novel for some dialogues part just to analyze and understand is alot so that also what influence my knowledge because their were some parts I misunderstood what happened and rereading realizing I was wrong
