Seems like it really was about communication in the last chapter I guess. Bro is incapable of understanding her despite how fully direct and honest she is being. "Yes, she came to my place on her own to nurse me when I was sick. Yes, she has 0 issues with her being my type. Yes she took me to a love hotel and got freaky and told me she feels the same and also that she wants a relationship....but what could she possibly mean by that? Maybe she wants to be friends?" It is nice to see they're taking it slower though. Seiichiro's denseness can't survive forever against Yachiru, she will win eventually!
