You should try Panel Cleaner, it's better than Poricom in OCR
It has an almost automatic OCR feature

First you use Panel Cleaner to OCR the whole chapter and produce a text file with the script
After OCR there's a review phase, where you can manually reorder the lines (it sometimes gets the bubble order wrong).
