When one says "throuple" I can only think of Gals Can't Be Kind to Otaku!?, but unlike that story, the relationship between the three here doesn't quite feel balanced to me. I'm not sure if its because of Kanie being older or what; I just get an impression that Iida is more 'in-tune' with the story presenting him as THE potential boyfriend.
