don't think i've ever seen a character so angry and disgraceful that they're slobbering and drooling all over themselves like a seething ankle biting mutt that got a toothpick shoved up its ass.

the MC is jarring
from what we get for a character introduction in chapter 1
the MC is a young adult thats able to sustain his otaku hobbyist lifestyle and a middle class household as a single man with no dependents in JAPAN.
-why does he act like this after reincarnating, its a bit too excessive
-on the other hand... we aren't really given much to work with either, man coulda been a dirty panty sniffer outside of his single hobby

//perhaps he has actually has a wife, who's the real breadwinner, and his kid is locked away in a room (neglected) as he watches/ rewatches anime all day and sets alarms for baby feeding time.

Has potential to be hella good. Hope the author doesn't fuck this up cus it could be one of the next big manga(the art style is hella good, concept is quite good and execution so far is good so it could be a big manga if the author develops it more. Mainly the magic system and number of characters since rn we only have 4 and the magic system is kind of just the stereotypical magic circle magic system. It would be good if the magic system is developed to have a unique twist like for example something like domain expansions or concept manipulation or energy conversion from a real energy like kinetic to mana and vice versa)

Actually pretty good for this genre standards, BUT

I'm still annoyed above all the fucks that isekai part DOES NOT MATTER, and that mc personality is... Actually, he has personality, he's a magic nerd, he gets all worked up on anything that seems interesting and picks it up instantly.

BUT, why is it an isekai then? This personality actually works perfectly if it's just a normal fantasy, it even gains a lot if it's just how he is from birth.

But nooooooooooooooooooo, we need an isekai lable, and we will never do anything interesting with the fact, that it is in fact an isekai. It's probably better to ignore he reincarnated and just treat it as a normal fantasy for a better story feel.

ok so the original goods supposed to have this 'camera eye' skill all along. then why did he struggle so much studying then...? like arrogance aside there is no reason for him to struggle to the point of his maid berating him etc because mc only used his skill and became smart over one hour basically. even if original goods was lazy with it you can easily get to book three with the memorization skill in the span of like a month, no? mc is a nerd but that cant be the only deciding factor... he's supposed to be uglier but his eyelashes are long and hes pretty standard built and also well groomed so hes not that ugly either... man whatever isekais are really pushing it sometimes😭
