@yserieh uuh I don't think it ever says she has red(ish) hair or eyes, she's known for her black hair like her mother. Shade is the one who has reddish hair and eyes. The uncle is obssessed with the concept of the "Red of Lilia" so he talks about it all the time

@Mirazu uncle has lost his marbles over reclaiming the red colored glory of the family's past and I think he wants to take it for himself a la silence of the lambs. Justifiably terrified, Shade has slipped his bonds and fled to the only person in the mansion that might be able to save him and doesn't hate him.

Thanks to his attempted brainwashing of lycoris, Wolf is not favorably inclined towards him. Crinum is liable to lock him up somewhere. The only one he can possibly turn to in order to maybe keep his eyes in his skull is Lycoris.

This chapter is pretty intense, so let me know if I got something wrong.

I'm amazed Shade is still willing to go to her for help after trying to manipulate her. I guess he doesn't really have a choice.
Stranger still is that she's comfortable staying another night in that house after what Shade, her uncle, and her poor cousin have said to her.

Like...seriously. I can easily imagine a Clocktower game being set in that mansion.

@yserieh The uncle is simply implying that should the two get together then the Red Eyes and Red Hair traits of their family will become stronger. Lycoris doesn't have red hair or eyes, but she has the genes of said traits lying dormant in her blood.
