It’s just her thinking of possible theories of what is going on with this world. Why things haven’t gone exactly as the game did, that instead of inescapable routes that the game has.. that maybe this was a world that was modeled after the game.. which might mean that there is a “creator” of the world, who made it after the game.

Now she’s getting worried that, because she’s changed everything from the game’s story... will this “creator” be mad at her for it?

I hope this helps. But yeah, it’s just her wondering why everything is different. And why a world was modeled after a yandere game.

@MaNoChan She's thinking about the world as if she's in a game that she reincarnated into. It'll be explained in the next chapter that this world is actually a real world in one of the best explanations I've read from an isekai videogame novel. It's just a cool theory, not definite, but makes sense in their world.

@mechpolaris Yup, it's the first one. There is someone else like Lycoris here, except a bit different. She remembered the game in this world cause some events matched with what she played. Someone in this world reincarnates to Earth too but slightly in the past. Lycoris will tell him about yandere and shit in the next chapter and he will get super into the idea, so when he hears about yandere in his next world he also remembers everything from this world like Lycoris did of her previous.
Then he goes on to make the video game with some of his own twists and whatnot, heavily featuring his fetish that Lycoris awakened (which is yandere), and that game ends up being played by the MC who reincarnates slightly in the past in this world.

@Moondancer what you found most likely are the single chapters, which are called Separated Volume/Split Volume/Volume Edition in japanese, current latest volume in progress for the manga is 3, and latest chapter currently available 21, so is impossible there is 12 volumes lol. ( https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/44559319-12 if that is what you found, that is just chapter 12, if it have this at the start【分冊版】it mean is just a single chapter)

Like other people said, this is near the end of the original story, probably 3-4 chapters, not sure if they are going to adapt the other 2 volumes of the LN.
