The whole joke behind Yani's stomach getting up is getting entirely lost here, so let me explain.

In Japanese, you have the expression 腹が立つ, which roughly means to get angry, or more crudely, pissed off. But if you were to translate the separate elements directly, you would get "the stomach is standing up".

So basically, Yani's stomach standing up conveys her getting pissed off.
